RaceRocks Learning Designer Position (Ahuntsic-Cartierville)

Transform learning experiences at RaceRocks as a Learning Designer. This remote position emphasizes collaboration and innovative design for diverse training needs.

As a part of RaceRocks supportive team, you will design impactful training programs for clients in the defence and aerospace sectors. The role entails using your design skills and technology proficiency to create blended learning solutions tailored to the client’s needs. You will work closely with SMEs and fellow Learning Designers to produce superior learning materials.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify client training needs through collaboration and analysis • Design and develop immersive eLearning content using software applications • Build detailed storyboards and lesson plans effectively • Conduct user testing and assess learning product success • Engage with Project Managers for project requirements and updates

Requirements: • At least 3 years in instructional design and development • Proficient with eLearning tools like Articulate 360 • Strong communication abilities for transparent client engagement • Capability in implementing training needs analysis • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
