We are looking for an inventive Mechanical Design Engineer to join an industry-leading engineering team focused on high-value infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will be an end-to-end owner of the product lifecycle. From the initial spark of a new machinery concept to the final optimization of active equipment, your technical expertise will drive our innovation forward. How You’ll Make an Impact

Innovate & Conceptualize: Lead the development of 3D models for next-generation industrial equipment. Validate Excellence: Use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and rigorous iterative testing to ensure every design is structurally sound and efficient. Lead the Full Lifecycle: Oversee the fabrication phase and provide in office design validation to ensure a seamless transition from concept to shop floor. Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with electrical controls experts and serve as a technical guide for junior engineers and technicians. Solve Complex Challenges: Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical hurdles using first-principle engineering and field data analysis. What You Bring to the Team

Skilled Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; those with a Master’s degree are highly valued. Industry Expertise: At least three (3) years of hands-on experience within heavy machinery, mining, or construction equipment environments. Technical Toolkit: High proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, coupled with experience navigating Product Data Management (PDM) systems. Standards Driven: A firm grasp of regulatory compliance (such as CSA, UL, or CE) and a commitment to ISO quality standards. Why Join Us?
