Key Responsibilities: • Implement and evaluate resident care/service plans • Provide direct care and administer medications safely • Coordinate nursing team’s assignments for timely service • Facilitate resident/family education and care conferences • Manage significant changes in residents’ conditions

Requirements: • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse • Experience in a senior’s workplace preferred • Strong communication and critical thinking skills • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required • Current Vulnerable Position Screening within last 6 months
