In this key position, you will assist the territory manager in hiring and training photographers while enhancing their skills and professionalism. You'll manage territory payroll and administration, ensuring efficient job coordination and communication. Problem-solving and customer service will be crucial as you resolve issues for staff and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and mentor new casual photographers in the region • Manage territory payroll, assigning jobs, and approving timesheets • Develop team skills through training programs • Handle customer and client disputes to enhance service quality • Maintain effective communication on territory operations

Requirements:• Diploma or degree in Photography preferred • 2 years’ experience as an Edge field photographer • Strong organizational and customer focus skills • Valid driver’s license and car insurance required • Vulnerable Sector Check clearance is mandatory
