We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Senior Advisor to work closely with partners and teams across the firm to drive matter promotion, league table submissions, and awards initiatives.Responsibilities

Matter collection: Lead the Canadian matter collection process. Liaising directly with the practice, gather and report on relevant matter details, and ensure efficient management for broad organizational use. Support continuous process and technology improvements to increase quality and consistency and reduce manual effort. Serve as main point of contact for the matter details database, providing training and escalating technical issues.League table management: Manage external submissions, internal data gathering and review, and data reconciliation. Track submissions and ranking releases and develop communication plans. Suggest process improvements to increase the accuracy and efficiency of data collection and reporting. Matter promotion: Support the promotion of our work and lawyers internally and externally, working with our communications and digital teams.Reporting: Produce regular reports analyzing matter collection efforts to inform internal stakeholders of trends and insights. Contribute to the development and management of dashboards to share operational activities, efforts, and outcomes. Awards program: Support the oversight and execution of ad-hoc external award submissions. Manage internal outreach, support submission drafting and event attendance, and liaise with award sponsors.Qualifications

4+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role within a law firm or professional services environment. Bachelor's or recognized technical college degree in marketing or business is an asset. Knowledge of league table methodologies an asset. Proven experience creating and socializing best practices in data collection, management, and reporting.Strong writing and reporting skills, including data analysis and visualization. Ability to build credibility with internal stakeholders and develop a strong network across the organization. Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, able to incorporate industry best practices and firm resources to deliver creative solutions and identify growth opportunities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Bilingual in French and English is an asset but not required. Benefits
