Seasonal Sales Associate

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Vans, you will be the face of the brand, engaging customers, delivering exceptional service, and supporting store success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals by utilizing available resources and tools.Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store setting. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. This position will support the store during peak season, with potential to transition to regular employment. Qualifications

Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications. Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight as required. 0–1 year of relevant experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.Compensation

Hiring range: $18.60 - $19.20 CAD per hour. Benefits
