Senior Vice President, Sales&Operations .
This is a unique opportunity to join an organization at a pivotal stage of growth and help shape its future across Canada and the United States. Reporting directly to the North American leadership team, this executive will be responsible for driving commercial performance, strengthening operational effectiveness, expanding market presence, and developing a high‑performing leadership culture.

What You'll Be Responsible For Executive Leadership&Business Growth
Define and execute the organization's commercial and operational roadmap.
Partner with executive stakeholders to support long‑term growth objectives across North America.
Identify new opportunities to strengthen market position and accelerate revenue generation.
Champion a culture focused on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and customer success.
Lead all commercial activities across Canada and the United States.
Establish growth plans that increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify emerging opportunities.
Support the development of strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and key customer relationships.
Customer Experience&Aftermarket Excellence
Provide executive oversight for customer support, technical service, field operations, warranty programs, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Ensure service delivery standards consistently exceed customer expectations.
Develop programs that strengthen customer retention and long‑term loyalty.
Create scalable service models that support future business growth.
Own performance against revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
Partner closely with finance leadership on forecasting, budgeting, investment planning, and business performance analysis.
Drive disciplined decision‑making through data, metrics, and financial accountability.
Ensure resources are aligned with strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
Team Development&Organizational Leadership
Build, mentor, and develop a strong leadership team.
Foster a workplace culture built on transparency, trust, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Lead organizational change initiatives while maintaining employee engagement and performance.
Support succession planning and leadership development across the business.
Industry&Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a key representative of the organization within the municipal marketplace.
Strengthen relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, suppliers, and industry partners.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout North America.
Travel regularly throughout Canada and the United States to support strategic business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
Master's degree considered an asset.
Proven executive leadership experience overseeing commercial and operational functions.
Strong understanding of municipal, infrastructure, industrial equipment, fleet, construction, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success leading teams through growth, transformation, and operational improvements.
Exceptional business and financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and profit management.
Experience building and leading high‑performing teams across multiple functional areas.
Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States as required.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms and data‑driven sales management practices.
