We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager, Facilities&Capital Projects to work with cross‑functional, interdisciplinary teams on multiple technical/engineering projects and to be responsible for overall project management by adopting and applying project management tools, techniques, and best practices. Key Responsibilities

Structures and manages detailed, end‑to‑end project plans, holding stakeholders accountable for progressing against established scope and timelines while providing timely and effective communication on project status, risks, issues, analyses, and findings to the Senior Leadership Team. Overall responsibility for driving the execution of projects within the portfolio across all domains to meet the stated success criteria and project value realization, with explicit consideration of business process, change impacts, and the transition from planning to execution and eventual hand‑over to the customer.Anticipates risks, issues, trends, and potential impacts and resolves impediments in a timely manner, while effectively managing the integrated schedule and ensuring continuous review and prioritization. Project Definition&Initiation

Leads the definition of the business case and project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Facilitates the development of the project specification (technical, functional, cost, time, scope) based on stakeholder requirements. Collaborates with key stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and baselines.Ensures that the project objectives are aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Project Planning

Develops detailed project plans considering commercial, technical, legal, and regulatory requirements, and tracks progress per the company’s project management process. Manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget using defined change management processes. Communicates project goals and team member responsibilities clearly, convenes and manages project meetings as required.Owns, manages, and resolves resource availability and allocation. Project Execution, Monitoring&Control

Measures and monitors project performance (scope, budget, schedule, and quality) using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensures that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget. Coordinates the activities of interdisciplinary project team members (strategic supply, procurement, commercial, operations, quality, etc.).Monitors all work related to function, delivery, resources, and quality. Identifies project risks, maintains risks and issues log, implements risk mitigation strategies, and reports or escalates issues to management as needed. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation and manages project milestones per the company’s processes.Manages the relationship with all stakeholders (internal and external). Communicates project status to key stakeholders and team members effectively, facilitating resolution of conflicts and disagreements. Maintains action plans and reports status on all projects on an ongoing basis, including identification and resolution of resource constraints and other issues.Adheres to Environmental, Health&Safety Policies, the Quality Management System, and all other organizational procedures. Project Management Processes, Standards&Tools

Assists the Project Services Manager in portfolio management, development and maintenance of standards, templates, project management tools, and the company’s development processes. Provides continuous insight on process improvements, resources, tools, and opportunities. Develops and contributes standards and templates to the project management toolkit.Qualifications

Post‑secondary Engineering or other technical degree. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and/or leading complex technical projects, ideally with some experience in the nuclear sector. Project Management Professional (PMP) or a similar certification is required. Skills&Competencies

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex capital engineering/capabilities projects with wide stakeholder impact, employing project management tools, techniques, and best practices. Experience applying project management methodologies—traditional/waterfall, Agile, and visual management. Moderate to deep knowledge of business principles, strategy deployment, and contracts.Robust working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and relevant management systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to formulate concise and impactful communication. Superior organizational skills, with a systematic approach to identifying and tracking dependencies and ensuring resolution of outstanding items.High persuasive power, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt the leadership style to match the situation. Consistent application of expert judgment when proposing solutions or recommendations. Ability to perform self‑directed work and influence across the organization, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
