Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering • Minimum 15 years of experience in wastewater projects • Licensed Professional Engineer or eligible within 12 months • Experience with alternative delivery procurement models • Strong leadership and project management skills
