Key Responsibilities:• Design fiber optic connector systems with innovative ganged blind mate concepts • Develop mechanisms for self-alignment during blind mating operations • Evaluate materials for advanced optical applications • Lead rapid prototyping and testing methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality and DFM

Requirements:• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field • 2-5 years in precision mechanical design • Experience with 3D CAD software like SolidWorks • Knowledge of finite element analysis • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
