Key Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers • Conduct remote patrols and access control as needed • Respond to emergencies with appropriate escalation protocols • Complete detailed incident reports for security documentation • Assign and manage access profiles as directed by the Supervisor

Requirements:• Bilingual in English and French, written and verbal • Valid Ontario Security guard license required • Strong observational skills to detect security threats • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in using security equipment and technology
