Housekeeper/Room Attendant (Nepean), Ahuntsic North

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will help maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and pleasant stay. Your dedication to cleanliness and exceptional service will play an important part in creating a positive guest experience.Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to hotel standards. Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required. Dust, polish, and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a neat appearance. Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean hallways and public spaces.Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management. Restock housekeeping carts and supplies, including toiletries, linens, and cleaning products. Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items. Work collaboratively with team members to support productive daily hotel operations.Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within established timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications&Experience

Previous housekeeping, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is considered an asset; however, training will be provided. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills. Requirements

Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks efficiently. Capable of lifting up to 25–30 kg. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour Work Location: In person
