Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Painting, drywall repair Flooring installation Completing work orders in a timely manner Performing preventative maintenance Light HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Electrical troubleshooting and repairs Lock installation and repairs Maintaining property grounds and common areas Minor plumbing and carpentryAppliance installation and repairs Responsible for inventory control Working with other service technicians Emergency, after hours maintenance Other duties as assigned/ needed Provide after-hours emergency service for the department Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid driver’s license and vehicle Ability to travel from site to site during scheduled work.
