As a Submarine Training SME, you play a critical role in the Training Systems Integration team. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and designing training solutions for submarine systems, enhancing the capabilities of submariners in operational scenarios. You'll contribute to training needs analysis, system architecture, and ensure compliance with the design standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Support Crewing and Occupational Roles Analysis (CORA) • Lead systems task analysis for engineering roles • Define simulation fidelity requirements for training • Prepare naval training systems for various environments • Test and validate training systems compliance

Requirements:• Extensive experience in RCN submarine service • Expertise in submarine systems engineering • Strong communication skills and team collaboration • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools • Legal authorization to work in Canada
