Key Responsibilities:• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs • Foster problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in children • Communicate openly with staff for team collaboration • Follow YMCA guidelines as outlined in relevant manuals • Prepare snacks and maintain classroom cleanliness

Requirements:• ECE diploma or equivalent (asset) • Fluent in English; strong communication skills • Minimum two years of experience in child care • Current First Aid and CPR “C” certification • Clear police record check within six months
