Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role. Maintain a strong customer focus. Knowledge of current fashion trends. Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team building and ability to coach others.Take initiative and demonstrate confidence.
