Psychological Therapist for OSP Service, Ahuntsic North

Contribute to psychological care as an OSP Therapist, specializing in CBT, in a dynamic healthcare environment. Engage with clients through assessments and tailored treatment plans, both in-person and virtually.

As an OSP Therapist, you will assess client needs and deliver psychological interventions. This role requires working with diverse populations and employing evidence-based approaches. You will implement and evaluate the intake process while ensuring compliance with provincial telemedicine guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:• Triage referrals and assess client suitability for interventions • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments • Deliver psychological treatment to individuals and groups • Educate clients' families on treatment processes as necessary • Consult with professionals and community partners for effective resources

Requirements:• Graduate degree in a health-related field with 5+ years' experience • Registration with a Regulatory College in Ontario • Proven skills in evidence-based CBT treatment • Experience working with diverse and trauma-affected populations • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
