DS is searching for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Branch Manager to oversee daily operations. With 8 to 10 years of experience in the geotechnical field, you will manage proposals, budgets, and staff deployment to align with company objectives. This position also emphasizes recruiting and mentoring engineers while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations of DS’s branch office • Oversee marketing efforts and client relationships • Recruit and hire key engineering staff • Prepare proposals and manage project budgets • Supervise and mentor project managers and engineers

Requirements:• University degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario • 8 to 10 years of geotechnical experience • Proven project management and leadership skills • Valid Ontario G-Level Driver's License required
