Key Responsibilities:• Engage stakeholders to identify process needs and requirements • Conduct gap analysis to enhance current business processes • Develop test plans and execute testing phases with stakeholders • Document business processes, models, and workflows • Support project planning and risk analysis for operational goals

Requirements:• Bilingual in English and French is essential • 3-5 years in Business Analysis or IT field • Strong documentation and process mapping skills • Familiarity with Call Centre applications preferred • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
