We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor and Customer Service Representative to coordinate daily transportation operations and deliver outstanding customer support. This role involves managing freight dispatch, utilizing transportation management systems, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams.Duties

Manage and oversee the warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data into inventory and warehouse management software.Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance.Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Communicate job expectations and coach employees. Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system. Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Warehouse experience in the transportation or logistics industry. Ability to work 6 days per week and manage a dynamic schedule. Strong understanding of transportation operations, scheduling, and logistics coordination. Must be bilingual (English and French preferred). Valid forklift license/certification required.Class DZ Driver License. Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
