New World Paper Products is looking for a hands‑on and reliable Warehouse&Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa. We are a food packaging wholesale and distribution company serving restaurants, resellers, and distributors. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, and comfortable handling both warehouse operations and basic computer/admin tasks.Responsibilities

Receiving and organizing incoming inventory Preparing and loading customer orders Assisting with inventory control and stock counting Coordinating daily deliveries and delivery schedules Supervising drivers and helping ensure deliveries are completed properly Managing back orders and shortage reportsAssisting with emergency pickups or transfers when needed Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization Updating inventory and basic records using computer systems Assisting with basic warehouse administration and paperwork Requirements

Warehouse or logistics experience preferred Basic computer skills required (Excel, email, data entry) Organized and detail-oriented Able to lift warehouse products and work in a fast‑paced setting Good communication and problem‑solving skills Valid driver’s license preferred Forklift experience is an assetExperience with inventory systems or Sage software is an asset Job Details

Full‑time, Monday to Friday, Day shift Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience) Location: Ottawa, ON (in‑person) Supervisor Warehousing experience: 5 years (preferred) Forklift experience: 2 years (preferred) Driving Licence (preferred)
