Workday Adaptive Planning Solution Architect (35131), Ahuntsic North

Our Ottawa Public sector client is seeking experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Solution Architects to support the validation, fit-gap assessment, and solution design of a planning and forecasting platform leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning within a Government of Canada environment. This is a HYBRID Role and requires a Enhanced Reliability Security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements validation and fit-gap analysis activities

Design Workday Adaptive Planning solution architecture and technical roadmaps

Define system components, data flows, middleware, and integration points

Support planning and forecasting solution design and implementation strategy

Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical resources

Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, governance, and integration approaches

Support project planning and Agile delivery activities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations

Strong experience with planning and forecasting solutions

Expertise in fit-gap analysis and requirements validation

Strong solution architecture and integration design experience

Experience developing technical roadmaps and implementation plans

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience working with Government or Public Sector clients

Familiarity with salary forecasting and financial planning processes

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Adaptive Planning certification or related training

Experience with middleware and integration platforms

Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies

Previous experience in enterprise financial transformation initiatives
