We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our FP&A; function with a focus on financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis. The role will contribute to strengthening our planning processes and enhancing visibility into business performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2–10 years of experience in finance consulting, corporate finance, FP&A;, or transaction-related environments, with strong analytical capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities Financial Modeling & Forecasting - Develop and maintain financial models supporting forecasts and budget tracking. - Update models based on actuals and evolving business assumptions. - Support scenario and ad hoc financial analysis. Planning, Budgeting & Reporting - Prepare detailed budgets in Excel and integrate them into systems (Epicor, Board). - Support monthly FP&A; reporting and variance analysis. - Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes. Performance & KPI Analysis - Track and analyze KPIs across various departments. - Perform ad hoc analysis to support business needs. - Assist in integrating KPI tracking into financial processes. Business & Financial Analysis - Perform profitability and cost analysis. - Analyze general ledger data at a detailed level. - Support headcount and operational cost tracking. Systems & Collaboration - Work across ERP systems and reporting tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and data collection. - Assist stakeholders in improving planning accuracy and discipline. Qualifications & Profile - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 2–5 years of relevant experience (consulting, corporate finance, transactions, etc.). - Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or MBA) – completed or in progress – is an asset. - Robust Excel and analytical skills. - Comfortable working with data, systems, and evolving processes.
