Responsibilities - Maintain and develop the source code and development environment; - Ensure the compatibility and evolution of applications on Microsoft systems; - Develop recent features based on customer needs and feedback; - Participate in client integration projects; - Identify, analyze, and resolve issues; - Provide level 2 technical support; - Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and processes. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; - Proficient in C#, VB.NET, and C/C++; - Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio; - Knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments; - Good understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP, Telnet, XML, SSL, TLS, 3270, 5250); - Analytical and problem-solving skills; - Autonomous, rigorous, and a team player; - Good communication skills.
