Job Overview Personal Relationship Manager (PRM) at Libro Credit Union is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high‑value members with complex financial needs in the Leamington Branch. The PRM serves as a dedicated, single point of contact, providing comprehensive financial solutions across lending, day‑to‑day banking, advisory services, and investment transactions. Key Responsibilities - Manage a defined portfolio of high‑value and high‑potential members and act as their primary point of contact. - Provide expert‑level financial advice and solutions, including personal lending, home equity lines of credit, mortgages, daily banking, and investment transactions. - Proactively identify opportunities to consolidate financial services, driving member loyalty and long‑term value. - Deliver personalized, solutions‑based financial advice tailored to meet the unique needs of high‑value members, engaging specialists when advanced expertise is required. - Identify internal cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities to grow investment, lending, and deposit balances. - Engage in targeted outbound business development to attract new high‑value members. - Maintain a clear understanding of Libro’s financial products and services and champion a consolidated financial services approach. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, or a related field. - Mutual Funds license. - 3+ years of experience in personal banking, relationship management, lending, and financial advisory. - Experience in portfolio growth, business development, and managing complex financial needs for high‑value clients. - A passion for helping people grow their financial well‑being. - Display Libro’s values of accountability, courage, high performance, and inclusive mindset.
