Job Overview
Personal Relationship Manager (PRM) at Libro Credit Union is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high‑value members with complex financial needs in the Leamington Branch. The PRM serves as a dedicated, single point of contact, providing comprehensive financial solutions across lending, day‑to‑day banking, advisory services, and investment transactions. Key Responsibilities
Manage a defined portfolio of high‑value and high‑potential members and act as their primary point of contact. Provide expert‑level financial advice and solutions, including personal lending, home equity lines of credit, mortgages, daily banking, and investment transactions. Proactively identify opportunities to consolidate financial services, driving member loyalty and long‑term value. Deliver personalized, solutions‑based financial advice tailored to meet the unique needs of high‑value members, engaging specialists when advanced expertise is required. Identify internal cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities to grow investment, lending, and deposit balances. Engage in targeted outbound business development to attract new high‑value members. Maintain a clear understanding of Libro’s financial products and services and champion a consolidated financial services approach. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, or a related field. Mutual Funds license. 3+ years of experience in personal banking, relationship management, lending, and financial advisory. Experience in portfolio growth, business development, and managing complex financial needs for high‑value clients. A passion for helping people grow their financial well‑being.
