Line Lead for Greenhouse Production, Leamington

This full-time position involves delegating tasks to a team of 10-20 employees within our production department. You'll maintain productivity levels and ensure compliance with packing specifications. Skilled in problem-solving, you'll quickly address issues to keep the packing lines running. A strong focus will be placed on cleanliness and safety throughout work procedures.

Key Responsibilities:• Organize and train employees for optimal efficiency • Review and ensure adherence to packing instructions • Troubleshoot and resolve packing line issues promptly • Maintain cleanliness and proper use of safety equipment • Monitor line output and inventory for packing materials

Requirements:• Experience in a greenhouse or warehouse setting • Prior Line Lead experience is an asset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous
