Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of production staff, coordinate workflow, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet company goals. Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and supervise manufacturing processes to meet production targets and quality standards. - Lead, motivate, and develop production staff to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. - Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to optimize efficiency. - Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. - Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. - Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inventory levels, and quality reports. - Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering to ensure seamless operations. Requirements - Proven experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably within a similar industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments. - Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. - Robust communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. - Work in compliance with the CBA - Work in compliance with OHSA, ESA, IATF and ISO 14001 & 45001 requirements - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
