Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Leading/instructing individuals Address customers'' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Support for newcomers and refugees Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work setting for newcomers and/or refugees Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 hours per week Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nfucu
