As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of our development programs. Day In The Life - Coordinate schedules and track progress for departmental initiatives, ensuring accountability for deadlines. - Manage logistical and administrative aspects of departmental programs, courses, processes, and events. - Oversee financial administration, including invoices, training payments, expenses, and supply allocation to correct cost centers. - Maintain accurate records and share data to track attendance and participation across initiatives. - Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors through clear communication. - Demonstrate strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-motivated approach to work.
