Description
Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support day to day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, keeping things organized and being the go-to person for administrative support. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and be able to work independently. Responsibilities - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phones - Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization - Prepare documents, reports, correspondence and spreadsheets - Enter employee time on spreadsheets - Process accounts payable invoices - Prepare customer parts and service invoices - Utilize Microsoft Office and other software to handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and administrative tasks - Ensure the office setting is clean and organized Experience - Prior office experience is required - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks - Clerical experience including front desk responsibilities - Experience with bookkeeping or basic accounting practices is a plus Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o30gz
