Accounts Receivable Clerk (Nisku)

**This position is on-site Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30PM** ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: -Collections -Additional remuneration given for reaching collection targets -Analyze customer accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in billing -Setting up current customers and new ship to addresses -Maintaining existing customer accounts -Applying payments via EFT and by cheque -Preparing bank deposits -Processing customer’s credit card payments and applying on accounts -Responding to customer inquires -Upload invoices into various customer portals -Review and release orders on hold -Work as a team with the AR group to complete shared ad-hoc tasks MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES: -Answer phones -Prepare outgoing mail Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o4nfa
