The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Fabricate, construct, install, and repair equipment and structures Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues Supervise contractors during maintenance projects -Over all Hotel works, weeding and others Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory control Requirements Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance Welding is a plus Excellent customer service skills Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Perks: Dental care Extended health care Vision care Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Facilities maintenance: 1 year (required) Maintenance: 1 year (required) Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o69og
