Enhance safety protocols with B&R; Eckel’s Transport as an HSE Safety Supervisor in oilfield logistics. Manage compliance and promote a solid safety culture across the team and operations. In this full-time role, you'll collaborate with drivers, maintenance teams, and field operations in Lloydminster, Nisku/Leduc, or Bonnyville. Your responsibilities include developing health and safety management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing driver safety programs. Lead investigations into incidents and offer training to enhance worker safety and awareness. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Health, Safety & Environmental Management System • Ensure compliance with safety legislation and client management systems • Conduct Job Hazard Assessments for rig moves • Lead safety meetings and train field staff on safety practices • Manage incident reporting and maintain safety statistics Requirements: • 5–10 years of HSE experience in oilfield or transportation • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety preferred • Certified Transportation Safety Skilled desired • Solid leadership and communication skills • Class 1 Driver License preferred Lead safety initiatives and foster a proactive safety culture in oilfield logistics operations.
