Position Overview: Oil Country Sandblasting Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working in a shop environment and be confident applying industrial coatings including zincs, epoxies, and urethanes using airless spray systems. A solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, masking, sanding as required) Apply industrial coatings including zincs, epoxies, and urethanes Operate and maintain airless pump sprayers safely and efficiently Inspect finished work to ensure quality and coating specifications are met Follow all safety procedures and company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience as an Industrial Painter Strong working knowledge of zincs, epoxies, and urethane coatings Experience using airless pump sprayers is required Ability to work in a fast-paced shop setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Work Schedule: Day and night shifts available What We Offer: Competitive wages (based on experience) Benefits package available after probation period Stable, full-time employment Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour Perks: Casual dress Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nm67j
