Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various production tasks within a fast-paced workplace. Responsibilities, but is not limited to: Fabricate, package, and sanitate products according to company standards Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Perform basic math calculations for measurements and quantities Clean the production lines, other process areas or other parts of the facility in order to maintain sanitation standards. Other duties as assigned by our Production Manager or supervisor Experience: Prior experience in food processing or related industry preferred Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately Experience with sanitizing equipment and work areas Skill requirements: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multitask. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Able to troubleshoot and problem solve. Ability to adapt to high pressure situations.
