Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients - Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces - Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours - Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management - Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food handling, and safety protocols Qualifications - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred - Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly - Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures - Strong understanding of the food industry and kitchen operations - Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending - A passion for delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service Join our team if you are committed to culinary excellence and eager to grow within the vibrant food industry.
