THE CHALLENGE As the Events & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the engine room of our promotional efforts. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage the logistics for trade shows, webinars, corporate retreats, and client VIP events. - Source and manage relationships with venues, caterers, and technical production teams. - Serve as the primary point of contact during events to ensure everything runs like clockwork. - Support designers and videographers to produce high-quality marketing collateral, sometimes going out into the field to capture your own marketing material. - Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we stay ahead of the curve. - Assist in the rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns - Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and report on lead generation and brand reach - Other duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Experience: 2-4 years in marketing, event planning, or a related role - Tools: Adobe Creative Suite is viewed as an asset - Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to present ideas confidently to leadership. - Organization: You treat a checklist like a work of art. You can manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat - The "X" Factor: A proactive "get-it-done" attitude and the ability to pivot when plans change (because they will). PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS - Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs. - PPE: Ability to wear required gear (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection). - Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate an active industrial shop floor.
