Production Coordinator - Machining Lead (Nisku)

In this safety-sensitive role, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules and managing machinists effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Direct operations of machining staff and equipment • Monitor daily production goals and workflows • Interpret and apply engineering drawings for setups • Maintain machine cleanliness and perform essential maintenance • Drive an effective safety culture and operational hygiene

Requirements: • Trade certification or equivalent manufacturing experience • Strong management and communication skills • Understanding of HSEQ compliance • Experience with relevant software like Kronos • Proven ability to coach and mentor staff
