Step into a pivotal role with B&R; Eckel’s Transport as an HSE Safety Supervisor focusing on oilfield logistics. Promote workplace safety and compliance across diverse operations. Based in Lloydminster, Nisku/Leduc, or Bonnyville, this full time position requires a hands-on approach to ensure a safety-first culture among drivers and field teams. You will implement safety management systems, lead safety briefings, and investigate incidents to foster continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing essential training to staff. Key Responsibilities: • Implement driver safety programs and monitor compliance • Conduct Job Hazard Assessments for oilfield operations • Lead investigations for vehicle incidents and workplace injuries • Provide training on emergency response and safety practices • Maintain incident logs and safety performance reports Requirements: • 5–10 years of HSE experience in heavy haul or oilfield logistics • Relevant diploma or degree in safety management preferred • Certification as Canadian Registered Safety Qualified • Proven leadership and coaching abilities • Minimum Class 5 Driver License, Class 1 preferred Your expertise will strengthen safety measures and operational compliance in oilfield logistics.
