Cladding Installer (Nisku)

This role ensures that are buildings are weatherproof and visually aligned with the design specifications. Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): - Install exterior cladding systems on structural steel buildings, including: Metal Wall panels, Insulated panels, Composite Panels - Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and specifications - Measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to required dimensions - Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and weatherproofing of installed systems - Reporting any unsafe working conditions - Experience with self framing or rigid framing building erection preferred - Additional duties as assigned by Management/Supervisors Requirements: - 2+ Years Experience - Strong mechanical skills needed - Strong attention to detail - Work safely within the protocols of OH&S; and Makloc’s safety culture - Comfortable working with heights up to 40 feet - Must be willing to work in and around the Edmonton area and out-of-town when required - Must have reliable transportation - Comfortable completing and complying with Drug and Alcohol testing - Construction experience considered an asset - AWP, Fall Protection, CSTS tickets preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Perks - Dental care - Extended health care - RRSP match Flexible language requirement: - French not required Licence/Certification: - Driver's License (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oso1g
