General Manager Automotive (Camrose)

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our automotive dealership operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for the automotive industry and a strong used car back ground. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering sales initiatives, managing teams, and implementing process improvements to optimize operational efficiency. Duties - Lead and oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share - Drive business development efforts by cultivating relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners - Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and motivation - Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction - Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities - Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for executive review - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Requirements - Proven experience in sales, business development, and automotive dealership management - Strong leadership skills with previous Automotive experience - Excellent project management abilities with a focus on process improvement - Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and operational excellence in the automotive sector - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends and performance metrics - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field preferred but not mandatory - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record This position offers an engaging leadership role within a thriving organization committed to excellence in automotive retail.
