IronSight is currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join its Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll: - Support the Customer Success team through Discovery, Onboarding, and Relationship Management activities for new and existing clients - Manage and respond to customer support requests through a helpdesk platform, email, and phone/video call - Collaborate within Customer Success and across the company to support continuous improvement of tools, practices, and resources The Customer Success Specialist will report to the Director of Customer Success and work with team members from across the company to support new and existing customers. Positions Available: 1 Position Type: Permanent Full-Time Location: Edmonton, AB, Canada (You must be legally entitled to work in Canada) Salary: $55K to $70K based on experience Apply For This Position: Submit your cover letter and resume via Indeed Apply By: May 30, 2026 Anticipated Start Date: June 2026 What You’ll Do - Support customer success activities such as problem identification and resolution, platform configuration, client onboarding and training, and stakeholder coordination/management - Maintain our CRM – Hubspot, including creating and updating Support Guides and Resources - New client onboarding, configuration and setup - Maintenance and Updates to existing clients' configurations and setup - Manage and respond to customer support requests through Hubspot, email, and sometimes phone/video call - Work with members of the Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to understand current and upcoming features and support the flow of information to teams and users - Assist the Customers success team as needed What You Bring - 2+ years in a fast-paced customer-focused role - Highly tech savvy, understanding how to work with many digital applications - Passionate about helping others and interested in customer success or product management as career growth path - Post-secondary education that focuses on business, technology, or product management (e.g. business, marketing, or computer science with business specialization) or equivalent work experience - Strong organizational and time management skills including prioritization of competing responsibilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset - Independent self-starter who’s willing to try something new and will ask for help when unsure - Experience in customer service, training or providing technical support an asset - Experience writing code or SQL an asset - Experience with collaboration tools such as Hubspot, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Asana – or willingness to learn You Share Our Values - Own It – We take extreme ownership of everything we do. “Not my problem” isn’t in our vocabulary. - Be Bold - We show courage and take action to deliver exceptional results. - Win Together - We win together and we grow together. - Get Obsessed - We are passionate about our clients.
