Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding aluminum components with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires a solid understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems, contributing to the production of durable and reliable aluminum structures and ductwork. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on aluminum materials according to detailed blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and press brake machines to shape and assemble components Conduct rigging operations for lifting and positioning heavy parts using cranes or forklifts Measure materials with calipers and other precision tools to ensure accurate fabrication Operate machining equipment for finishing welds or preparing materials for assembly Maintain a clean and safe work workplace by adhering to safety protocols Assist in the assembly of ductwork, structural components, or other fabricated parts Collaborate with team members on project timelines and quality standards Experience Proven experience in MIG welding, particularly with aluminum materials Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing, construction, or ductwork fabrication Familiarity with rigging, crane operation, forklift handling, and basic machining techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using calipers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and welding equipment Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations relevant to fabrication tasks Prior experience working in manufacturing or construction environments preferred but not required; training will be provided as needed This role is ideal for candidates committed to craftsmanship in aluminum welding with a focus on safety and quality.
