Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, serving customers, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods Assist with food presentation and portioning as needed Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems Robust customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering within the food industry is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for quality service are valued.
