Shipper / Receiving / Parts Driver (Nisku)

Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in Hydraulic Sales, Service and System design we provide custom solutions in the mobile, industrial and oil and gas OEM markets. With offices across Canada, we are currently looking for Shipper / Receiver / Driver to join our team in Nisku. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient movement of goods, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving processes, and be familiar with warehouse management systems. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and safety are paramount. Duties - Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment - Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and accurately - Receive incoming inventory, inspect for damages or discrepancies, and document receipt using warehouse management systems - Organize and store inventory efficiently within the warehouse - Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment - Maintain accurate records of shipped and received goods - Operate order pickers for effective order picking in high-density storage areas - Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy - Ensure compliance with safety procedures during all warehouse activities - Collaborate with service and sales teams to optimize workflow Skills - Proven experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse management, or related roles - Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely (certification preferred) - Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and order fulfillment procedures - Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities - Experience with e-commerce order processing and packaging techniques - Familiarity with order picking methods and load & unload operations - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards - Valid clean class 5 drivers licence This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience seeking a hands-on role in a growing company that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
