Job Overview Single Source Project Management Inc. is currently seeking experienced and motivated scaffolding crew members of all levels to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable workers who take pride in safe work practices, teamwork, and completing quality work in industrial, commercial, and construction environments. Job Overview The scaffolding crew will be responsible for assisting with or performing the secure erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffold systems in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, manufacturer specifications, and applicable safety regulations. Successful candidates must be safety-focused, physically capable, reliable, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities - Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems safely and efficiently. - Assist journeyman scaffolders with layout, material handling, and scaffold construction. - Inspect scaffold components for damage, defects, or unsafe conditions. - Follow engineered drawings, site instructions, and supervisor direction. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Load, unload, sort, and stage scaffold materials. - Use proper fall protection and personal protective equipment at all times. - Complete FLHAs, hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and required safety documentation. - Communicate hazards, concerns, or unsafe conditions to supervision immediately. - Work in accordance with company policies, OH&S; requirements, and client site rules. - Support a respectful, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Requirements - Previous scaffolding experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered. - Journeyman Scaffolders must have recognized trade certification or equivalent experience. - Apprentices must be registered or willing to register in the scaffold apprenticeship program where applicable. - Must be physically fit and able to lift, carry, climb, bend, and work at heights. - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Strong commitment to safety and following procedures. - Ability to take direction and work well with others. - Must be punctual, dependable, and professional. - Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset. - CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, and First Aid are considered assets. - Must be able to comply with client site access requirements where applicable.
