Location: Camrose, AB Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our civil earthworks projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their construction or project management career who wants hands-on experience in the field and the office. What You’ll Do - Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating earthworks projects - Help track project progress, budgets, quantities, and documentation - Communicate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers - Support quality control, safety documentation, and daily reporting - Attend site meetings and help resolve day-to-day project issues - Learn and grow into more responsibility as you gain experience Qualifications - Post‑secondary education in engineering technology or a related field - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work on-site and in the office - Basic computer skills (Excel, Word; project management software is an asset) - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Valid driver’s license What We Offer - Training and mentorship - Opportunities for career growth - Competitive wages and benefits - A supportive team environment How to Apply Send your resume and a brief introduction to our hiring team.
