Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent (Leduc)

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, empowered key player to join the Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport team in Leduc. For the key role of Night Auditor. Duties: · Deliver exceptional guest experience · Working scheduled overnight shift 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m Answering telephones · Checking in and checking out guests · Balancing the day’s revenues; Complete required paperwork · Preparing breakfast · Maintaining clean work place/Covid-19 protocols · Perform light housekeeping & cleaning of front desk area, and lobby area · Complete required training · Teamwork · Work with minimal supervision · Other duties Assigned Qualifications required: *Hotel and franchise experience considered an asset *Hospitality experience considered an asset * Must be available for weekends/Holidays * Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), telephone and interpersonal skills * Must have excellent computer skills * Excellent problem-solving skills are required * Work within a structured schedule, based on a long term commitment * Have Fun Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $15.00-$17.50 per hour Benefits: - In office gym - On-site parking - Paid time off - Store discount Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p5ukn
