Key Responsibilities:• Answer phones and handle site communications • Coordinate employee and visitor arrivals and departures • Process invoices for prompt payment • Prepare training packets for clients • Manage mail and light shipping activities

Requirements:• High school diploma is required • 3-5 years administrative assistant experience • 1-3 years HR coordination experience is an asset • Proficiency in Excel and report preparation • Diploma in HR or business-related discipline preferred
